🙋🏻♂️ My role in the project
I played an integral role as a frontend programmer and UX/UI designer, participating in the following areas:
- User interface design: I collaborated in creating mockups and prototypes using Figma, focusing on designing an intuitive, easy-to-use, and visually appealing interface. I worked on elements such as menu layout, buttons, and navigation flows to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Frontend programming: I developed the graphical interfaces and main components of the application using React.js for application behavior logic and Styled Components for styling. This allowed us to create a dynamic, responsive, and easy-to-maintain interface.
✨ Project importance
This project is important because it solves a common problem among students: the difficulty of efficiently accessing and managing library resources. The Physics Library not only simplifies the book search and reservation process but also encourages the use of available academic resources, contributing to the comprehensive training of students.
🎇 Impact on users
The application benefits students in the following ways:
- Quick access to resources: Allows students to view the books available in the library quickly and easily, without needing to go physically.
- Efficient reservations: Students can reserve books from anywhere and pick them up later, optimizing their time and avoiding queues or unnecessary waits.
- Personalized profile: Each student can manage their profile, view active reservations, and maintain a history of the books they have used.
- Intuitive interface: An easy-to-use and responsive interface ensures a positive experience for users, regardless of their technology skill level.
